Announcements:
- Open Enrollment begins August 1 for eligible Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air employees.
- There will be no online enrollment available. Please complete and submit the Enroll/Change Form below.
- Participants in the prior ESPP will not be automatically enrolled in the new ESPP. You must submit a new enrollment form to participate.
Before You Enroll:
Participation in the ESPP is voluntary. Before enrolling, you may wish to consult a financial advisor. Some questions you should ask yourself include:
- Is Alaska Air Group stock the best investment for me?
- Do I understand the risks associated with investing in stock?
- How much can I afford to contribute to the ESPP each pay period?
- Do I understand the tax implications of participating in a stock purchase plan?

INSTRUCTIONS: The Enroll/Change Form can be completed online and then printed. You will need your seven-digit Peoplesoft ID number which is located in the upper corner of your pay stub. Send your completed enrollment form to SEAZZ-AS or via fax to 206.392.5807 no later than 11:59 pm (Pacific) on August 31.
